Mission

The Democratic Woman’s Club of San Diego is a game-changing effort to take the Democratic message across the county!

Our mission is to amplify women’s issues through education and advocacy and to foster democratic ideals by stimulating active interest in the Democratic Party, supporting the party platforms, contributing to party leadership and responsibility, providing a constructive role for the volunteer in Democratic politics, and developing an activist base.

We operate as a voluntary membership organization focused on political advocacy, community education, voter registration, and candidate support.

We are funded through membership dues and private donations rather than public tax dollars.

We are a chartered club under the San Diego County Democratic Party, political parties and their local clubs are non-governmental entities.

Meetings

We meet on the third Monday of every month.

Meetings are held at Elijah’s Restaurant, 7061 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, San Diego, California 92111. Check in and social time starts at 6pm. Meetings begin at 6:30pm. Join us!
